DULUTH, Minn.- After being neck-and-neck throughout the entirety of the game, the Esko football team defeated Aitkin 29-28 in the section 7AAA final to punch their ticket to the state tournament. Dylan Vinje was under center leading the Eskomos to victory. Senior wide receiver Preston Lowe scored all four touchdowns. Esko now prepares for the Class AAA state quarterfinals on November 9th.
